ReportAssist is a tool that helps UK primary school teachers draft end-of-year pupil reports. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility for reports

ReportAssist produces AI-generated drafts based on the data you enter. Every report is a starting point: you remain professionally responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is shared with parents, carers, or colleagues. Do not rely on a draft without checking it for accuracy, fairness, and tone.

Appropriate use

• Use only pupil data you are authorised by your school to process.
• Do not enter safeguarding, medical, or other special-category data into free-text fields.
• Use first names only; the tool is designed not to require surnames.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uptime. AI generation depends on third-party model providers and may occasionally be unavailable.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Reports and pupil data are private to your account.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
